He IS Risen!

As He entered Jerusalem on a donkey, large crowds spread cloaks and palm branches to honor Him as royalty, because they believed He was the long-awaited Messiah. They cried out, “Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest heaven!” —John 12:13

A New Year in our World and New Days at Midwood

It is a New Year and a New Day at Midwood!

With all that is going on in our world, we want to move from Pandemic to Prayer to Purpose to Priorities to People. We want to focus on each of our  “journeys” in life and make the most of every new opportunity. We want to reach our community for Christ and His Kingdom in a new and creative way.

Here is the basic game plan…In 2021 we want to be a “Place for the Family.”  Whether it be online, in person, or a combo of both, we want to help the family. We will sharpen our focus on ministry to our preschoolers, children and families.  We will re-focus on our ministries to the community, state, country and the world. (Acts 1:8 mindset). And we will keep our focus on our own Church family of faith to make sure we are growing and going for our LORD in all areas of ministry.

Begin the New Year with us in church on Sunday, January 3, 2021!
